My name is J. Matthew Stonaker, the mixologist that crafts the bourbons in the SoleStone Bourbons collection. I work as a manager at Sole on the Green located in Clemson, SC. As an entrepreneurship venture, I started barrel aging and finishing bourbons to create a unique restaurant guest experience for those who enjoy bourbon. The idea expanded from operating from a single small aging barrel producing a new small batch bourbon in a month and a half time, to the present four barrel system allowing for multiple batches to be completed every two to three weeks.
The opportunity to reduce the batch completion time now allows me to begin promotion the bourbon experience and offer tastings on a larger customer scale. The SoleStone Bourbons are only available at Sole on the Green, giving customers a one of a kind experience to try craft small batch bourbons.

The collection of bourbons are barrel aged and craft finished at Sole on the Green. Each barrel aged small batch bourbon is uniquely blended and aged to create a smooth and refined flavor.
